Point of Sale:  After completing your purchase, you will need to print off an invoice outlining your payment options. Your goods will not be sent to you until your payment ,in full, is received.  We guarantee that the purchases will be sent with in 2 days of receiving payment.  We use NZ Post to send all items, unless by prior arrangement and agreement. NZ Post delivery may take another 2-3days.  If you are requiring a product urgently, please contact us prior to proceeding with your purchase, to alert us of your needs.  We will endeavour to meet those needs.

LAY BUYS:  On most purchases we offer a laybuy service.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and obligations prior to proceeding with your purchase.

It is our policy to ensure that all product manufactured and produced on our behalf, meets a standard of quality that suits NZ buyers.  We guarantee our product to be of an exceptional quality.  If you find that your product reaches you in a damaged or unacceptable condition, we will replace that product at our cost.  Normal wear and tear is to be expected, but any breakage of snaps or fraying within 3 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced by Baby Cuddles. Other situations will be discussed according to circumstance.  With Bamboo and other Natural Fibre your product should improve with use and washing, our guarantee is to cover manufacture faults, not poor handling or care.

 The staff at Baby Cuddles are committed to ensuring that the product supplied for sale, be it by internet sales or through their retail outlet, has been produced by individuals or companies aware of the current Fair Trade policy demanded by the buying public and wholesalers.

Local market: We support NZ Made products, therefore no product is imported that could be grown or produced in NZ.  We take no responsibility for any company or person who chooses to deceive or misrepresent us, but will endeavour to correct any error that is brought to our attention.
